Fusion Dance

The Fusion Dance is a complex dance performed by two warriors to create one extremely powerful being.

This type of fusion lasts 30 minutes. If one mistake is made during the dance, the fusion will be deformed and weak. The warriors also need to have the same level of energy for the fusion to work successfully.

This is one of the most difficult forms of fusion to perform correctly.

Potarra Fusion

Potarra Fusion is performed using earrings. Each warrior takes one earring and puts it on. Once both earrings are worn, the two warriors are pulled together and form a tremendously strong new warrior.

Unlike the Fusion Dance, this type of fusion is permanent.

The name and the person who appears to be most in control can also be different from what would happen with the Fusion Dance. For example, instead of Gogeta, the Potarra Fusion result is Vegetto.

Namekian Fusion

Namekian Fusion is permanent. It is performed when one Namek places his hand on another Namek’s chest and absorbs him.

The Namek who gets absorbed becomes part of the other Namek. There are no major changes in appearance, but their knowledge and power combine, creating something like a “Super Namek.”

An example of this type of fusion is Piccolo and Nail fusing during the Frieza Saga.
