I’m really getting the feeling we’re coming to the end of the series now as everything is going the only real arc that is left is Naruto vs Sasuke which for me that is the main point that stood out to me. This week with Naruto manga 645 we move a bit closer to fining that answer and more. I almost got a feeling that Sasuke was growing some strange respect for Naruto has he saw him take lend of the fight. The two points this week that stood out to me are Naruto and Kurama and their growing relationship and the other is Sasuke’s reaction to Naruto’s growing power.

Naruto and Kurama

This week’s chapter show us more of Naruto and Kurama (the nine-tails) and how they are working together. Kurama still almost being a bully about things but Naruto  understanding why he is like this and the respect between them. I’m really digging the way they are going about it and even Naruto’s father the Fourth working with the half of Kurama inside of him. The combo attacks are really awesome and  yet Obtio is till holding them off.

I like the fact Obito isn’t messing around as the chapter ends with him getting ready to do the final plan, even the quick frame of Madara was shocked that he’s going to do it now. The question is can the two of them really stop Obito? I’m almost wondering if Naruto will get the full power of Kurama’s both halves at some point.

Sasuke’s Respect

This really is something that has been building. We know from a few chapters ago that Sasuke’s goal is to kill Naruto as well as becoming Hokage. I have to wonder how important the Hokage spot is now that the Ninja World has become united. Will there be a new leadership or will everything stay as it is in terms of leadership but everyone is just getting along.

This question comes into play with Sasuke as he watched Naruto and he seem to wonder how Naruto got so powerful and how he was able to control his chakra so easy. This reminded me of earlier in part one when Sasuke was getting jealous of Naruto when he was fighting Garaa.

I know I keep saying the series is coming to an end, even with so much still not answered, Kakashi was he killed? What will Sasuke really do when this is all said and done? Will he keep with his plan to kill Naruto and get revenge for his clan or will be become sort of good? Will Naruto become Hokage? Then you have a number of characters that I feel are not done. One being Orochimaru who we haven’t heard from in a while.

Overall I give the chapter 3.5 out of 5, it was a really good chapter and I did like how they pulled back the deal that Naruto can use Sage Mode while using Kurama’s chakra. The next chapter will show how effect that’s going to be against Obito seeing as Sage Chakra is all that seems to work against him.
