So this week’s chapter of Naruto Manga 646 was rather shocking given how much information it had and how it really changed the pace and tone of the series. I can pretty much say that Kishimoto is using a lot of content found in the Bible itself.
The Ten Tails was and is a Tree
I suppose it makes sense when you think about it, that the Ten Tails was once a Holy Tree that every generation or million years would spout a fruit which was forbidden to be eaten by man.
As the world is now, was at war a world without Chakra and the story is a woman, a queen took the fruit and gain chakra, this is what started the chain of events that lend to the Sage of Six Paths who, sealed the Tree inside of him or the Ten Tails.
Is Naruto the Sage of Six Paths
The question came up many chapters ago and was even hinted at in the latest episode of Naruto with Tail Beast Mode. When I think about this, it does come across strange that when Naruto uses Tail Beast Mode he is different from all the other Jinchuuriki. This could be argued that Naruto only has half of Kurama and not his full chakra however.
We also have the whole Sarutobi coming back into the fight which I thought was pretty cool but it did leave some plot questions about what happen with the attack that I and many others readers thought killed him. Remember how that same attack hit the Fourth and his arm is gone now? But you could say that Obito didn’t have full control of the Ten-Tails at that time.
Ten-Tails Isn’t at Full Power
This has been a growing question for me and problem, how is the Ten-Tails even complete without the nine and eight tales? I know that Obito did get a hold of part of the eight tales from long ago and the two brothers (forgot their names) who had the nine tails charka as well.
Overall it was a very good chapter, I was shocked at how in-depth it went with the story and how it went into details about how chakra came into the world, why Madaraa is pissed off, while plot holes with that, I do give this week’s chapter a 3.5 out of 5. For this week I’ve decided to post the chapter earlier so it doesn’t push everything else back more.
