It’s a question that is on everyone’s mind right now, what should I be buying? There has been some good points I’ve seen come out and a number of things that I’ve been saving to release until this very moment. I wanted to see what others would say and to be frank I love how someone can post an idea and then everyone runs on it. Just like when I talked about months ago about stocking up on cloth and how one should stock Netherweave Bolts over the cloth. It’s funny how now everyone is saying to do this, but no one really knows where the idea came from.

The Master list

While I don’t take claim to the idea, even know when I wrote my post months ago no one was talking about, doesn’t mean it was my idea. It was however unique in that respect and here I’m going to finally give you my full list of items you need to stockpile.

Cloth

• Abyss Crystal (Shatter for Infinite Dust and Greater Cosmic Essence)

note: like all list this is a basic list, it’s not EVERYTHING you should be stockpiling, each person has their own item they stock up on.

Most of these are pretty common I would think, some are odd. Inks is a big one I think. You want to stockpile all the inks buy Blackfallow. The reason is you will be trading them in for the older inks. Yes you will need some Blackfallow Ink, there is no telling what inks will be needed for what Glyph being they are all changing. The best way to stock up on Blackfallow Ink is to stock up on Cataclysm herbs.

Some time this week I’m going to talk about WHY we stockpile items over gold. This might be something I bring up on my podcast but I think for now I’m going to save that for another post because it’s going to be one of those subjects where people have different opinions about. But if you want my quick answer I would say anywhere between 200k and 500k would be a good amount of gold to go into Mist with.
